A cavity-free seal can only be assured in combination with the Hygienic USIT® seal and shim washer. The polished screws have a surface finish of Ra < 0.8 µm. Furthermore, internal transitions have an angle > 135°, which minimises the adhesion of dirt particles and ensures easy cleaning.
Hex head bolts with low head for Hygienic USIT® seal and shim washers are ideal for fastenings in sterile areas and also conform to EHEDG regulations, which is confirmed with the relevant certificate.
